Acceptance

By accessing guildtrek.com or using any GuildTrek service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Eligibility

GuildTrek is available only to people aged 18 or above. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children (persons under 18), in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your credentials is a violation of these Terms.

Account & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at security@guildtrek.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Code of Conduct, or applicable law — including but not limited to fraudulent profiles, harassment, and spam.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from GuildTrek by automated means
• Use GuildTrek to send unsolicited recruiting or commercial messages
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

All GuildTrek branding, content, software, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written consent.

Content you post (profile, portfolio, etc.) remains yours. By posting, you grant GuildTrek a non-exclusive licence to display, host, and process it in the ways necessary to operate the service.

Third-party services

GuildTrek integrates with companion services (e.g. assessment rooms, screening meetings) operated by partner organisations under our supervision. Use of these services may be subject to additional terms which we will surface at the point of use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that opportunities surfaced through GuildTrek will result in employment, contracts, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuildTrek's liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, India — unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
