Personal AI playbook
Sound familiar?
If any of these is you, keep reading.
If any of these sound like you, this workshop was built for exactly your week.
“You read the same long documents line by line, every week.”
You learn to summarise and query them in minutes, with citations you can trust.
“You draft the same documents and letters from scratch each time.”
You build grounded drafting workspaces from your own templates.
“You have tried ChatGPT but are not sure you are using it right.”
You get the habits, the right tools, and the safety to use it well.
“You worry about confidentiality and AI getting things wrong.”
Verification and confidentiality are built into every day.
“You use one chatbot for everything and it often disappoints.”
You learn which tool wins for each job, from research to documents.
“The same tasks eat hours you do not have.”
Every session targets a measurable chunk of time reclaimed.
Why this is different
There are plenty of AI courses. Few are built for your profession.
The difference is fit and safety: your documents, your use cases, and the judgment to use AI in regulated work.
A generic AI course
GuildTrek
A generic "intro to AI" course
Built for your profession, on your own documents
All about one chatbot
The whole toolset, and which one wins for each job
A clever prompt you forget
A reusable playbook and a domain workspace
Silent on confidentiality
Verification and your regulator’s line, every day
A PDF certificate
Hours reclaimed every week, and the assets to prove it
In 6 weekends, you go from
- "I have tried ChatGPT a few times"
- "I am not sure I am using AI right"
- "AI feels risky for my work"
“I use the right AI tool for each job, on my own documents, safely, and I have reclaimed real hours every week.”
Proof, not a PDF
What you build and keep.
Not a certificate: a set of working AI assets, built on your own documents, that you use the Monday after.
The commitment
6 weekends. Live with a trainer, every day.
Live online on weekends: 2 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday, across three weekends per part. Light practice happens between sessions, on your own work.
Saturday
2 hrs
Live session: a concept, a tool demo, and hands-on on your own documents
Sunday
2 hrs
Live session: deeper practice, the day’s assignment, and Q&A
Between sessions
~1 hr
Optional tryouts and the take-home assignment on your real tasks
Two parts of three weekends each: a shared Common foundation, then a specialized track for your profession. About 24 live hours plus light practice, ending in your personal AI playbook and a domain workspace.
