Workday Developer

We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems, as well as developing and deploying additional functionality within Workday. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Workday technology.
The role
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
- Develop and deploy additional functionality within Workday
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop documentation for newly created Applications
- Support internal teams to use newly implemented functionality
- Support & Develop integrations of various types
- Strong configuration in Workday business processes
- Discover, Design and Develop new Integrations and report requests
- Ownership and accountability of Quality and RUN responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Be able to easily put on your business analyst hat if needed
You bring
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience with HR Technology
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and supporting Workday Integrations
- Strong knowledge on connectors (Core connectors, Packaged connectors, PECI/PICOF, WECI)
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
