What you'll do
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration
- 15 years full time education
